Chat-box deleted

I didn't like the spam a few morons were posting so I deleted it.

Sore Throat

The Chinese New Year holiday was too short. One week is not enough to gain the 5 kilos I lost since the first semester. Nor was it enough time to rest my foot.

I'm in the library. I've decided to ditch my role as a 'lamp-post' and watch things develop from the sidelines. What I mean is the drama happening around me is creeping closer and closer and I'm trying to avoid becoming one of the main characters.

Lin asked if I'm jealous. I'm raking my brain for the answer because I pay very little attention to what I think of the situations around me.

No not really.

For Man United and Liverpool fans who are sick of your American owners, if you want to boycott them - stop buying their merchandise. Original merchandise that is. It'll hurt the Americans badly because that is the main source of the clubs revenue. That and the money received from ticket sales.

I just want to the team out of debt.

When you're bored and hungry

I was out of food in my bag. This meant eating in the canteen again. Rice is not life neither is life rice.

I'm currently listening to Rufus Wainwright's version of Hallelujah, wicked stuff.

When you're bored and hungry, you don't think. You do something about it. So I took the next bus into town alone. Honestly, when you're starving you don't give a thought whether you are going alone or who's free, shut up think for yourself and get some bloody food... bloody food(sounds Scottish, sheep's stomach anyone?)

Checked out the library in Labuan. It looks alright though the books are old and are just chucked or crammed into the very few shelves there. Bad organisation, not ideal for readers to navigate through. One thing I've learnt here in Borneo is that the people are very impractical.

Here are some pictures of the library
